What the WRT/ASD is

The whole water track, without the second trip.

Most techs earn the WRT, go back to work, then come back months later for Applied Structural Drying. The combo week collapses that into one trip: your tech earns the foundation water certification and the advanced drying certification back-to-back, with one travel and lodging cost instead of two.

The week runs straight through — categories, classes and S500 documentation in the first half, then advanced psychrometry and a live drying lab in the second — so the WRT fundamentals are still fresh when the ASD material builds on them. Two IICRC exams, two credentials, one week.

Why take it

Why your team takes the combo week

Certification isn’t a wall decoration. Here’s what the credential actually changes for your techs and your business.

One trip, not two

A single travel and lodging cost, and a tech off the schedule for one stretch instead of two — the combo week is the efficient way to certify.

Fundamentals carry straight into drying

ASD builds on WRT. Taking them back-to-back means the foundation is still fresh when the advanced drying science starts.

Two credentials, faster

Your tech goes from new to a drying specialist in one week — billable on water and qualified for complex drying work.

The complete water skill set

Categorize, document, plan and validate a dry — the full water competency carriers and TPAs expect, in one cohort.

The instructors are the difference.

Working instructors

Every RTI instructor is an active tech, supervisor or estimator — so the answer to “what actually happens on site?” comes from this week’s jobs, not a textbook.

A live flood house

Our training environment gets soaked, mapped, dried and reset every week. Students place real equipment under a real job clock before they ever touch a customer’s floor.

Contact student services

Is this one continuous class?

Yes. The combo week runs straight through — three days of WRT, then three days of ASD — with two separate IICRC exams. Your tech leaves the week holding both certifications. The two exam fees ($80 each, paid to the IICRC) are not included in tuition.

Do I need the WRT first?

No. The combo week includes the WRT, so it’s the perfect path for a technician who needs both certifications and doesn’t already hold the WRT.

Is it cheaper than taking the two classes separately?

The combo week is priced below the two classes booked separately, and it saves a second trip’s travel and lodging plus a second stretch of time off the schedule. Ask student services for current combo pricing.

What should I bring?

Work clothes and closed-toe shoes for a hands-on week in the flood house. All PPE, meters, equipment and course materials are provided.

The Lever360 Platform

Three levers. Pull all three and the whole company moves.

Lever360 is three products built around the same restoration job. Software runs the operation. Learning Lever trains the team. RTI certifies the trade. Use one. Use all three — they compound.

Software is one lever

You're running the company here. The other two make it compound.

Software runs the operation — every job, crew, dollar and conversation lives here. Add Learning Lever and RTI and the same techs ramp faster, bill higher, and stay longer. One lever moves the company. Three move it harder.

Learning Lever is one lever

You're training the team here. The other two make the training stick.

Learning Lever onboards faster and keeps the whole team sharp. Software is where that training shows up in the work. RTI is where it becomes a credential customers trust. Pull one — pull all three and the math compounds.

RTI is one lever

You're certifying the trade here. The other two carry the credential to the field.

RTI certifies the trade — IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT and beyond. Software runs the company those certified techs work for. Learning Lever ramps everyone in between. One lever moves things. Three move the whole crew.

Bundled Pricing

Customers who run Software + Learning Lever together save 22% and onboard techs 3× faster.
