Lever360 was born where tech meets the trade. Ryan Smith, a restoration pro turned tech innovator, created iRestore after experiencing firsthand the challenges of running a business in this space. Meanwhile, Lisa Lavender and Ted Lavender built Restoration Technical Institute (RTI) to raise the bar in restoration education, training the next generation of industry leaders through real-world, hands-on instruction. In 2018, these two forces united with one goal: empower restorers with both the skills and the systems to succeed.
