How do the three brackets actually differ?
Business is single-system with the full product, three sub-tiers by user count (7/12/16). Professional unlocks multi-location and a better per-user rate, with 8 hrs of onboarding. Enterprise is a curated package for franchise systems and large networks — custom-quoted, with dedicated CSM and custom contract terms.
How does the Combo discount work?
You take 10% off Software and 10% off Learning Lever (math runs from the 1-year base price of each). The bigger benefit is what activates: Lever360 Membership — 10% off RTI classes, 20% off custom events, member rates on Custom Development, priority support, and access to Core Groups & Webinars.
What does the setup fee cover?
Live training and onboarding (4 hrs on Business, 8 on Pro), full data migration, your first three custom forms built by our team, integration configuration (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Xactimate), and access to the full self-service help docs. No surprise services line later.
Is annual really an annual contract?
Yes — the price you see is the 1-year rate, billed monthly. It's a 1-year commitment, paid monthly. If you want no contract at all, month-to-month is available at 20% more. Most customers commit to the year.
Can I switch between tiers later?
Anytime. Adding seats prorates to the day. Moving from Business to Professional is a one-click upgrade and unlocks multi-location plus the better per-user rate — without migrating your data.
We run multiple locations. How does that work?
Each location runs as its own system — separate databases, separate jobs, separate resources. Pricing scales on a curve: System 2 is 5% off, System 3 is 10%, System 4 is 15%, System 5+ is 25% off each. Available on Professional and Enterprise.
What if we're a franchise system or a network at scale?
That's Enterprise. It's a curated package built around your operation — Software Pro, Learning Lever Pro, RTI training credits, dedicated CSM, custom development allowance, custom contract terms. Custom-quoted by deal. Talk to us about your network.
What about custom builds or content?
Custom Development is scoped per project and starts at $175/hr (members get 10-15% off). Curated training content runs $2,500-$10,000 per produced course depending on production complexity. We give you a written estimate before any work starts.
